4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
8 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:

11 Z -8536 — Described as that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, T -1 -S, R -13

14 Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of said NE 1/4• thence
15 N87 °15'58" West, a distance of 893.88 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
16 S28 °50'51" East, a distance of 208.71 feet; thence S65 °11'08" West, a distance of
17 208.71 feet; thence N28 °50'51" West, a distance of 208.71 feet; thence
18 N65 °11'08" East, a distance of 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
19 1.00 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single- Family District to "C -3" General
20 Commercial District. (South side of Interstate 30, approximately 1,000 feet east
21 of Alexander Road)
22 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
23 Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
24 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
25 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the
26 date of its passage and approval.
27 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
28 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
29 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
30 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
31 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.

Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
