3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN
4 THE ZONING JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
5 ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
6 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
9 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-8530 — Described as a part of the SE 1/4, Section 15, T-I-N, R-14-W, Pu1aski',1,,,`,.;.`_-
13 County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at the SE comer of SE
14 Section 15; thence run N89'19' West 322.8 feet along Lawson Road; thence All
15 NO3'18' East, 300.77 feet; thence run N89'52' East, 305.5 feet to Marsh Road'-,,
16 (thence run South 92 feet <bad call>); thence run South along Marsh Road 303.4
17 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing in all 2.2 acres, more or less: From "R-
18 2" Single-Family District to C"-3" General Commercial District. (Northwest
19 corner of Lawson Road and Marsh Road)
20 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
21 Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
22 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
23 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the
24 date of its passage and approval.
25 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
26 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
27 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
28 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
29 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.

Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
