3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z- 8519 -A — Described as lands lying in the Southwest '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 3, T -1-
12 S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:`

14 Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW '/4, NE '/4 of said Section 3; thence alog Fs

15 said East quarter line S00 °46'01" West 523.72 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence ,.
16 S00 °46'01" West 100.00 feet; thence S56 °38'24" West 416.20 feet to a point on the Ea�t�', ,
17 right -of -way of Mabelvale Pike; thence continue along said right -of -way line N11 °52'02"
18 East 344.42 feet; thence leaving said right -of -way line S88 °18'41" East 278.25 feet to the
19 Point of Beginning: From "R -2" Single - Family District and "C -3" General Commercial
20 District to "C -3" ,General Commercial District. (9501 Mabelvale Pike)
21 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
22 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
23 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
24 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of
25 its passage and approval.
26 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
30 ordinance.
31 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
32 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
