5 AND PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
6 DEVELOPMENT TITLED LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY PARK
7 ADDITION REVISED SHORT -FORM PD -R (Z- 8514 -A), LOCATED ON THE
8 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 12TH AND PARK STREETS, LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20,228 AND THE OFFICIAL
10 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
11 OTHER PURPOSES.

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
15 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 20,228 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on March 2,
16 2010, is amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Little
17 Rock Housing Authority Park Addition Revised Short-Form PD -R (Z- 8514 -A);
18 Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -R
19 to Revised PD -R:
20 Lot 1R Block 4 Park Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
21 Section 3. That the approval of Little Rock Housing Authority Park Addition Revised Short-Form
22 PD -R (Z- 8514 -A), located on the Southeast corner of 12th and Park Streets is subject to compliance with
23 all previously approved conditions.
24 Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as amended to provide a
25 front building setback as measured to the front steps to be 36.5 feet and to the face of the structure
26 without steps 43.1 feet.
27 Section 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Little Rock Housing Authority
28 Park Addition Revised Short-Form PD -R (Z- 8514 -A), located on the Southeast corner of 12th and Park
29 Streets is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,
30 Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.

31 Section 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances�,'df'6pft/ggf Little

33 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. ? q

Section 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
Section 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 9. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
