5 TITLED BOYKENS REVISED SHORT -FORM POD, LOCATED AT 5819
6 YOUNG ROAD (Z- 5967 -C), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND
7 THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed
13 from POD to Revised POD:
14 That Part of Lot 11, Eda Brook Subdivision, Lying North of Interstate 30, Little
15 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as Lot 11, Eda Brook
16 Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; less and except
17 the south 49.21 feet thereof, deeded to Arkansas State Highway Commission in
18 Deed, Book 686, Page 277, Filed January 30, 1959, records of Pulaski County,
19 Arkansas.
20 Section 2. That the approval of Boykens Revised Short-form POD, located at 5819 Young
21 Road (Z- 5967 -C) is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
22 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted,
23 including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning
24 Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any
25 conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional
26 conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by
27 the applicant.
28 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by
29 the Little Rock Planning Commission.
30 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Boykens Revised Short-
31 form POD, located at 5819 Young Road (Z- 5967 -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan

I approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of
2 Ordinances.
3 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
4 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in
5 the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
6 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final
7 approval of the plan.
8 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
9 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
10 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
11 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
12 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.
13 Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
14 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
15 inconsistency.
