10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 18,162 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on December
13 20, 1999 be amended to provide for a modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as
14 Coulson Oil Company Revised Short-form PCD, located at 19500 Cantrell Road (Z- 6476 -B);
15 Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD
16 to Revised PCD:

18 Lot 9A Northwest Territory Addition, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
19 County, Arkansas as filed for record in plat book F, page 294 in the records of Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas, containing 1.77 acres more or less.

22 Section 3. That the approval of Coulson Oil Company Revised Short-form PCD, located at 19500
23 Cantrell Road (Z- 6476 -B) is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
24 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all
25 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff
26 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis
27 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission
28 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant.
29 Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the
30 Little Rock Planning Commission.
31 Section 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Coulson Oil Company Revised
32 Short-form PCD, located at 19500 Cantrell Road (Z- 6476 -B) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
33 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of
34 Ordinances.

Section 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
Section 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 9. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
