10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF a;e

11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 16,783 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on November
13 23, 1994 be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as
14 Saugey Revised Short-form POD, located at 16715 Cantrell Road (Z- 5882 -A) ;
15 Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD
16 to Revised POD:
17 Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
18 Section 3. That the approval of Saugey Revised Short-form POD, located at 16715 Cantrell Road (Z-
19 5882 -A) is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:

21 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including all staff
22 comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in
23 paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H
24 and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as
25 amended by the applicant.

27 Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
28 Little Rock Planning Commission.
29 Section 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Saugey Revised Short-form
30 POD, located at 16715 Cantrell Road (Z- 5882 -A) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
31 within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
32 SECTION 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
33 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
34 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.

Section 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
Section 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 9. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
