That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 10 indicated: 11 Z -8477 — Described as a Lots 2 -4, Block 4; Lots 2 -7 and part of Lots 1 and 8, Block 5; 12 Lots 5 -7 and part of Lots 1 -4 and 8, Block 6; Lots 7 -12 and part of Lots 1 -6, Block 11; 13 and Lots 1R, 2R (replat of Lots 1 -3) and Lots 4 -12, Block 12, all in Cunningham's 14 Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: From "R -3" Single 15 Family District and "R -4" Two - Family District to "O -1" Quiet Office District (with 16 condition) (north of West 10`" Street, south of Interstate 630, and between Jonesboro 17 Drive and S. Madison Street). 18 Section 2. That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following condition 19 which was proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and which 20 shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property: 21 • The only permitted use of the property will be "library, including education and other related 22 purposes." 23 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 24 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 25 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 Section 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its 27 passage and approval. 28 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 32 33 34 ordinance. Section 6. Repealer.
