3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z -8483 — Described as a part of the SE '/4 of the SE '/4 of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
12 Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the SW corner of the SE '/4 of the SE '/4 of Section 24; thence
S87'59'1 7" East 620.39 feet to a point; thence N06 °31' 19" East 613.65 feet to a found
'/2" rebar; thence N05 °45'53" East 141.65 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar; thence
S84 °14'00" East 25.00 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar; thence N05 °46'00" East 402.40
feet to a found '/z inch rebar; thence S89 °59'50" East 92.54 feet to a found '/2 inch rebar
and the Point of Beginning; thence S89 °17'10" East 60.82 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar;
thence S16 °17'39" East 156.29 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar; thence N34 °46'02" West
183.53 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.10 Acre, or 4,545 square feet: From
"R -2" Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial District (5401 S. University

Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
32 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,
33 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such incons
