3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE LAND (16,222) IN THE
4 HEIGHTS HILLCREST PLANNING DISTRICT (LU09- 04 -01) FROM
5 RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY (MULTI - FAMILY) TO OFFICE; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the Land Use
9 Plan in the Heights Hillcrest Planning District (LU09- 04 -01) from Residential High Density (Multi -
10 Family) to Office;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. That Residential High Density (Multi - family) at the North side of C Street, just East of
14 University Avenue, be amended to Office.
15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
16 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
17 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
18 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
19 ordinance.
20 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
21 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
22 Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
23 approval.
