3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z-8453 – Described as Lot 6, Block 9, W.B. Worthen's Addition to the City of
12 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: From "C-3" General Commercial District
13 to "R-3" Single Family District, (1423 Oak Street)
14 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
15 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
16 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
17 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force
20 and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
21 of the ordinance.
22 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
23 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
24 Section 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
25 passage and approval. /I
