AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z -8444 — Described as a tract of land located in the SE '14, NE 1/4 of
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said SE %4 NE' /4 Section 22; said point
being the Point of Beginning; thence N00 °09'03 "E 406.31 feet to the
South right -of -way of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence Northeasterly
along said South right -of -way to a point on the West line of the East %2, of
the SE V4, NE 1/4; thence S00 °03'19 "W 681.30 feet along the West line of
said East !/2, of the SE' /4, NE'/4 to the South line of the NE' /4 of Section
22; thence S88 °21'03 "W 665.92 feet to the Point of Beginning; said tract
of land containing 8.829 Acres, more or less.
A tract of land located in the SE '/4, NE '/4 of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE %4 NE' /4 Section 22; thence
N88 °21'03 "E along the South line of said NE'/4 Section 22, for a distance
of 665.92 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N00 °03' 1 WE 681.30 feet
to the South right -of -way of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
Northeasterly along said South right -of -way to a point on the East line of
Section 22; thence S00 °05'27W 678.12 feet along the West line of said

NW 1/4 of Section 23; thence S88 °21'03 "W 345.03 feet to the Point of
Beginning; said tract of land containing 4.702 Acres, more or less.

1 -N, R -I2 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said NE 1/4, SE 1/4 Section 22; thence
N88 °21'03 "E along the North line of said NE 1/4, SE 1/4 Section 22, for a
distance of 665.92 feet, to the East line of the West 1/2 of said NE 1/4, SE 1/4
Section 22; said point being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
along said North line N88 °21'03 "E 665.72 feet to the East line of Section
22; thence S02 °34'21 "W 1,31 8.19 feet to the SE corner of NE 1/4, SE 1/4;
thence N88 °53'57 "W 659.12 feet to the SW corner of the East 1/2 of NE 1/4,
SE 1/4; thence NO2 °16'38" East 496.65 feet to SE corner of Tract la -3M;
thence NO2 °17'03 "E 827.76 feet to the Point of Beginning; said Tract of
land containing 20.089 Acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family
District to "M" Mining District (East of Arch Street Pike and South of
Interstate 30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after
the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.
