AN ORDINAN E RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, SAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z -8428 — Described as B ginning at an existing 3/8" rebar being
S02 °54'09" East a distance of 72.60 feet of the NW corner of Lot 9 of
Meadow Acres; thence S02'54'09" East a distance of 349.47 feet to a
point on the Northerly right-of-way of Baseline Road (aka: Arkansas
State Highway #338); th ce N86 °45'50" East along said right -of -way a
distance of 299.70 feet to an existing Arkansas Highway Transportation
Department Monument; t ence leaving the said right -of -way run
NO2'53'12" West a distance of 349.80 feet to an existing VT pipe; thence
S86 042'00" West a distance of 299.79 feet returning to the point of
beginning, containing 2.41 acres more or less: From "R -2" Single Family
District to "O -3" General Office District (7002 Baseline Road).
LESS AND EXCEPT
The North 50 feet of the above described property be zoned "OS" Open
Space District and maint ' ed as an undisturbed buffer.

SECTION 2. That the in referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to of ct and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after
the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordi riance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in fu 1 force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. A l laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.
