ORDINANCE NO. 20,081
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PROVIDE FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
FOR SIBLEY HOLE ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain
requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Parrot Bay Pools or until adjacent property along Sibley Hole
Road is developed. The property is located at on the southwest corner of Sibley Hole Road and I -430.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements to the
requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years or until adjacent
development along Sibley Hole Road occurs, whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for
constructing approximately 285 feet of street widening to 18 ft from centerline with curb, gutter, and
installation of sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights on the west side of Sibley Hole Road north of
Fourche Creek.
Subsection b. Right -of -way 30 feet from centerline will be required to be dedicated along the property's
frontage on Sibley Hole Road prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this
resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect
the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the
provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Section 4. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
