PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK ORDINANCE NO. 20,060 Fees $20.00 AN ORDINANCE TO DISSOLVE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL PROPERTY OWNERS' MULTIPURPOSE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 21 (BELLA ROSA PROJECT); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, on November 1, 2004, by Ordinance No. 19,232 -A, the City of Little Rock Board of Directors (the "City Board ") established and laid off Little Rock Municipal Property Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 21 (Bella Rosa Project) (the "District "); and WHEREAS, since the District was established, the District has been inactive - no benefits have ever been assessed, no special taxes have been levied, and no debt has ever been issued, and the District has no assets or liabilities; and WHEREAS, the District's Commissioners, Clint Wilson, Andrew Adkins, and Daniels Bynum, have passed a resolution pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated S14 -94 -126 requesting the City Board dissolve the District; and WHEREAS, the three commissioners are owners of a majority in value of the property within the District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 21 (Bella Rosa Project) is hereby dissolved. Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. Section 4.
