20029ORDINANCE NO. 20,029
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z -8375 — Described as all that part of the SE '/4 SW '/4, Section 32, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said SE '/4 SW '/4; thence West, 430.0 feet;
thence N00 °45' East, 63.0 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of
Baseline Road (Arkansas State Highway #338); thence N88 °55' West,
along said North line of Baseline Road, 110.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue on said North line S89 °43'36" West, 100 feet
to the intersection of Baseline Road and Community Road; thence
N00 °44'56" East, along East right -of -way line of Community Road,
216.18 feet; thence N89 °51'08" East, 100.00 feet; thence S00 °45' West,
215.96 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.50 acres, more or less:
From "R -2" Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display District.
(3720 Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after
the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.
