AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
REDUCTION OF MASTER STREET PLAN
RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS
FOR UNIVERSITY AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a
reduction of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the property at 1716 —
1818 South University Avenue for L. Dickson Flake for the future Arvest Bank
development, located at the northwest corner of University Avenue and Boyle Park Rd.
Su6section a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right -of-
Way to 55 ft from the street centerline will be reduced to the existing 49 ft along
the .frontage at 1716 — 1818 South University Ave. The specific reduction for
dedication of right -of -way of approximately 6 ft in width for approximately 385 ft
of frontage on University Avenue.
Subsection b. At the intersection University Avenue and Boyle Park Road, a 20
foot radial right -of -way dedication will be required prior to issuance of the
certificate of occupancy. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
