3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PROVIDE FOR DEDICATION OF
5 RIGHT -OF -WAY AS REQUIRED BY THE MASTER STREET PLAN FOR WRIGHT
6 AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 SECTION 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a reduction of certain
11 requirements within the Master Street Plan on Wright Ave. South of the Allison Memorial Presbyterian
12 Church until the property is redeveloped as part of the Allison Memorial Presbyterian Church Parking
13 Lot - CUP located at 922 Wright Ave.

15 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring q g property owners to dedicate right -of -way to the
16 requirements of the Master Street Plan be reduced at 922 Wright Ave. as part of the Allison
17 Memorial Presbyterian Church Parking Lot -CUP. The specific request is for reduction of the
18 right -of -way dedication on the south side of the church located at 922 Wright Ave. to the
19 existing 20 ft from centerline instead of the required 30 ft from centerline as required on
20 residential streets with commercial uses such as Wright Ave. at this location.

22 Subsection b. If the property at 922 Wright Ave. is redeveloped in the future, the owner will
23 be required to dedicate full right -of -way to the Master Street Plan standards and any other
24 requirements as found in Chapter 30 Article VI along the frontage of the property. The
25 applicant will be required to submit 20 ft radial right -of -way dedication deeds at the
26 intersections to the City for all adjacent intersections.

28 SECTION 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
29 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
30 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain
31 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
32 originally a part of the resolution.
33 SECTION 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
34 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
