BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -8301 — Described as part of the West 1/2 of Section 14, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4, said Section 14; thence S89 °33' 11" East along the North line of said NW I/4, 2,669.51 feet to a point, 50.15 feet from the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4; thence S00 °59'46" West along the West right -of -way line of a 50 ft. wide county road, 1,149.79 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S00 °59'46" West along said West right -of -way line, 120.71 feet; thence N88 °52'28" West, 389.88 feet; thence S01 °07'40" West, 129.14 feet; thence N88 052'20" West, 721.78 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 245.00 foot radius curve to the right, a chord bearing and distance of N54057'12" East, 289.22 feet; thence S88 °52'20" East, 118.00 feet; thence Easterly along the arc of a 480.00 foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of N85 °41'20" East, 90.99 feet; thence N80 °14'59" East, 333.69 feet; thence Easterly along the arc of a 420.00 foot radius curve to the right, a chord bearing and distance of N85 °41' 15" East, 79.60 feet; thence S88 °52'28" East, 262.39 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.88 Acres more or less: From "R -2" Single Family District to "0-3" General Office District. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
