19707I ORDINANCE NO. 19,707 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF 4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF 5 MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR MALLOY STREET; 6 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 9 ROCK, ARKANSAS: 10 Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral 11 of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan until the adjacent property along Malloy Street is 12 developed for Jacqueline Vick at the property located north of W. 29th Street between Ludwig Street 13 and Malloy Street. 14 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway 15 improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of 16 five (5) years or until adjacent development along Malloy Street occurs whichever occurs first. 17 The specific deferral is for improving Malloy Street as part of the Vick Short -form PD -R along 18 the frontage of the property on Malloy Street to residential standards including widening, curb, 19 gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights. If at time of street widening, Malloy Street is 20 still not built a total of at least 20 ft of asphalt will be provided. 21 Subsection b. On Malloy Street, a 25 foot right of way dedication from centerline along the 22 frontage of the property located north of W. 291h Street between Ludwig Street and Malloy 23 Street will be required prior to approval of the final plat. 24 Subsection c. Master Street Plan improvements to 29th Street will be constructed with the 25 initial construction of the development. 26 Section 2.
