AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LOT
WITH A REDUCED LOT DEPTH FOR THE BRIGHT POINT
SUBDIVISION BEING A REPLAT OF LOT 6R DOYNE
SUBDIVISION (5- 1232 -B), LOCATED SOUTH OF TALL
TIMBER BOULEVARD, EAST OF TALL PINE
BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Bright Point Subdivision
Being a Replat of Lot 6R Doyne Subdivision (5- 1232 -B), located South of Tall Timber
Boulevard, East of Tall Pine Boulevard as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(a) for the Bright Point Subdivision Being a Replat of Lot 6R Doyne
Subdivision (5- 1232 -B), located South of Tall Timber Boulevard, East of Tall Pine
Boulevard, to allow the development of lots with a reduced lot depth for Lot 1 of the
Bright Point Subdivision Being a Replat of Lot 6R Doyne Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
