FAIR PARS AND PRMZCTING SAID MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE AGAINST

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. All persons playing golf on the Maaieipal
Golf Comae at fair Park are re.red and enjoined to observe the

playing on said course for one leek or less, and for the second
offense said commissioners may withdraw from such persons such
privilege for the term of two weeke or less, and for the third
violation such persons may be denied such right for an indefinite
time; provided, that such person or persons shall not be so denied
such right or suspended except neon written charges duly made and
after a full hearing before the said commissioners of said Municipal
Golf Course.
Section Z. No person or persons shall be permitted to
play on said Municipal Golf Course except such persons as have duly
paid for such privilege.
Section 3. All persons, except those engaged in work on
the golf course, are forbidden to ride or drive any animals or
vehicles of any kind or oharaoter on or over the tees, greens or
fair -ways of the Municipal Golf Course at Fair Park, and all such
persons are forbidden to otherwise mar or damage the same.
Section 4. Any person who shall break, damage or carry
away any flag, sand -box, tool, implement, equipment, bridge or.-Other
property of said Municipal Golf Course; or *Lo shall mar, damage or
destroy any shed, house, out - house, or other property belonging to
or located on said Municipal Golf Course, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
Section 5. No person shall drive over any road or drive-
way on said Municipal Golf Course which is posted as a private
road or drive -way, and which posting or notice calls attention to
the provisions of this Section and gives the number of this Ordinance.
Provided, that this Section shall not apply to persons having legiti-
mate business: thereon.
Section 6. No person shall be allowed to loiter or to
park vehicles on or about the tees, greens, fair- ways, grounds or
wooda inside the Park and next to and within one hundred feet of
said tees, greens. or fair -ways on said Municipal Golf dCo drive-ways s within

Section 7. All persons violating any of the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be fined in any sum not less than Five
Dollars nor more than Fifty Dollars, and may also be imprisoned not
more than Ten days.
Section S. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and publication.
