AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $918.33 FOR PAYMENT OF VARIOUS
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCS AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. That the sum of $918.33 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the general revenue fund of the
City of Little Rock for payment of the following claims:
To Dr. R. E. Pryor for over - payment
of taxes in Street Improvement
District No. 244 $ 18.36
To Peoples Building and Loan Associ-
ation for refund of privilege tax
for latter half ,of 1929 84.97
To American Building and Loan Associ-
ation for refund of privilege tax
for latter half .of 1929 1100
To f Miss Helen Anthe
for expenses contracted incident
to illness and death of -Miss
Anthe injured by falling into
manhole at 14th Stred;-and Park
Lane 700.00
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby in-
structed to issue the City's warrants therefor, payable to
proper parties for the amount above mentioned.
Section 3. This ordinance will take effect and be
