AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
EMPLOY ARCHITECTS AND TO LET A CONTRACT FOR THE WI
ANNEX-- OR ADDITIONAL UNIT TO THE CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES-
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH-H CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to employ Thompson,
Sanders & Ginocchio, to make the necessary plans and specifications
and act as architects in the building of annex or additional unit
to the City General Hospital.
Section 2. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
:Rock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids and
let a contract for the building of annex or additional unit to the
City General Hospital, according to plans and specifications
�ma.de by Thompson, Sanders & Ginocchio, Architects, to the lowest
responsible bidder.
$bction 3. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Little Rock, an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
