AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
STREET I1APROVEAVI'M DISTRICT N09
WMREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of
a Majmrtty of assessed valuat %n of the property located
within the territory hereinafter described, have filed a
petition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purposes hereinafter set out.
hiEAS after due notice as required by law,
the City Council of the City of Little Rock has heard all
parties desiring to be heard= and has ascertained that
said petition was signed by a majority in assessed value
of the owners of real property within said territory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 19 There is hereby established an
improvement district embracing the following property:
The East Half of Blocks Four (4),
Five (S) Six (6), Seven (7),
Eight (81 and Nine (9)9 and the
West Half of Blocks Twenty -six
(26), Twenty -seven (27) Twenty-
eight (28) Twenty -nine (29) ,
Thirty (303 and Thirty -one (31)
all in the ol£i4inal City of Little
Rock, Arkansas
for the purpose of widening to not more than thirty -eight
:Peet roadway, by the building of curbs and gutters, the
repair of drainage and repaving with asphalt top the
following street:
Scott Street, from the South line
Of East Third Street to the North
line of East Ninth Street
in each manner and with such materials as the Commissioners

to be appointed shall determine to be for the best interest
of the district.
Said district shall be known as Street
Improvement Distric 0# 513, and F•B*To Hollen-
berg, and A. Hood.are hereby named Commis-
sion , ers for said district♦
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage*
