AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 01,530.00 FOR ATTORNEYIS
AND CERTIFICATION FEES, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the following amounts are '®reiby "
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund, of the City of
Little Rock,. for purpose of paying expense mentioned, in connection
with the issue of the Airport, Fire Department, and Hospital bonds,
dated November 1, 1929:
Rose, Hemingway, Cantrell A Loughborough:
For Attorney's Opinion and Legal Expense..:...# 975.00
Bankers Trust Company:
For Certification of 555 #1,000 Bonds

Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants,to the parties
herein named,for the amounts given.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
