ORDINANCE NO 4+95•
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LOCATION AND GRADE ELEVATION
OF ThE MAIN SEWER LATERAL AND OUTLET FOR 'SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 114, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the location and grade elevations of
the main sewer and laterals to be constructed by Sewer Improve-
went District Yo. 114, be and the same is hereby established
as shown on the plans filed in the office of the City Engineer.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
