4 ORDINANCE NO. X91
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,998.45 FOR THE PURCHASE
OF SUNDRY ITEMS FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: I
Section 1. That the sum of $1,999.45 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund for
the purchase and payment of the following items, the Mayor and City,
Clerk being authorized to issue the City's warrants in payment
therefor:
From Finley - Turner Tire & Service Company, Inc.:
For use of Garbage Department -
Forty -two (42) 32x6 Goodrich Air Containers
(To be paid in five (5)monthly installments
of $115.92 each)..... .........................$ 579.60
From Eugene Hampton:
For use of Police Department
One (1) Harley - Davidson Motorcycle ..............$ 299.00
From Freeman & Freeman, Inc.;
For use of Police Department -
One (1) Ford Phaeton (After deducting
discount and credit on used car) ................ 400.00
From Critz Chevrolet Company:
For use of Health Department, -
One (1) Chevrolet Sport Coupe .................... 719.95
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
