AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $650.00 TO PAY CLAIM OF
ERCEL E. CALAWAY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Judgment was given in Circuit Court, on
December 20, 1929, against the City of Little Rock, for'$650.00
with 6� interest from date, together with costs amounting to $5.00,
in the case o� Ercel E. Calaway vs City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, The plaintiff, Ercel E. Calaway, agrees to
waive interest and cost and accept the face of the judgment,
amounting to $650.00, in full payment of her claim; therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the sum of $650.00 be, and the same
is hereby, appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund for pay-
ment in full of the judgment above named, and the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant for
said amount payable to Ercel E. Calaway.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
