BLOCK jf4 AND CONNECT I- ITH PRESENT SANITARY SEWER IN BLOCK 7t-2 ,KNOWN AS

BE IT OHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 'LOCK:
Section 1.That the right and privilege are hereby granted to Mrs.John S.
Maloney,her heirs and assigns,to construct and maintain at her awn expense,
a certain line of sewer, extending from the south property line of Lot =,t12
Mck #10,Couatry Club Heights addition to the City of Little Rock to
siiiitary sewer�in Block ;t2 Country Club Heights Addition.This sewer is
known.as sewer - J101.It is provided that said sewer shall aceomodate all
house's erected on Blook flO of Country Club Heights Addition,and: it shall be
constructed according to plans and specifications as approved by the City
Engineer of Little Rock,and shall be large enough to carry-at least ten
per cent more -,than the - sewerage of said Block =jr'10,Country Club Heights
Addition to Little Rock.
Section 2.In consideration of Mrs.Jbhit_S.Maloney advancing the funds necessary
for the construction of said sewer and maintenance of same,she is hereby granted
the exclusive control of the sewer main herein authorized for and during the
period provided by this ordinance and she is authorized to permit or
prevent any connection thereto by any person,persons,corporation or firm,
except upon the terms and conditions specified in this ordinance.
Seetion,.,#3.That the said Mrs.John S.Maloney shall permit all property
ors to connect with said sewer upon the payment of the sum of $100.00
faeh lot served.Said fee to be collected by the City Collector.

Seeton 4. As sow as Mrs:John-S. Maloney receives a sum equal to the cost
of construction plus eight per oent,then said sewer shall become the
property of the City of Little Rock.
Section 5.The City Collector is hereby designated as collector of the
sum.,or sums provided in Seetion #3 hereof for each connection,and he
shall retain three per cent for the use and benefit of the City of Little
:ft s balance shall be.pai.d..to Mrs.John S.Maloney,her heirs or
assigns.
Section 6. The said Mrs.John S.Maloney shall file her written acceptance
of the terms of this ordinance within thirty days from the date of passage,
and upon failure to do so,the ordinance shall be of no effect.
Section 7.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from the date
Of its passage
