4473r (ORDINANCE N0. 4473. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A TECHNICIAN AND FIXING THE SALARY TO BE PAID AND LOTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS the City of Little Rock has not in the past employed a technician to make Wasserman and other blood tests for the City of Little Rock, and WHEREAS, the State Hygienic Laboratory has been rendering this service to the City of Little Rock tree of charge but due to the lack of funds in the State Health Department this work can be no longer done without cost to the City, therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That Mrs. Norma. Taylor is hereby appointed as technician for the City of Little Rock for the period beginning July 1,1929 and ending June 30,1930. Section 2. That the salary to be paid Mrs. Norma Taylor as City technician is hereby fixed at the sum of Sixty Two and 50/100 t$62.50) Dollars per month beginning July 1,1929• Section 3.
