An Ordinance Assessing the Value of
the Benefits to Be Received by the
Owners of Each of the Several Lots,
Blocks, Parcels, Railroad Right -of-
Ways of Other Subdivisions of Real
Property Within Street Improvement
District No. 509 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
HEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of
real property corning real " -m. reperty adjoining the locality
to be affected and situated within Street Improvement
District No. 509 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
organized for the purpose of making local improvements
therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering, paving
and acquiring right -of -way, where necessary, for the streets
set out in their petition, all to be done in such manner
and with such materials as the commissioners of said district
shall determine to be for the best interests of the district,
have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rook
for the construction of said improvement and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within
said district according to the benefits received; and

lot, block, parcel, railroad right -of -way or other subdivision
of real property situated within said district equals or exceeds
the local assessment thereon; and

Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks, par-
cels, railroad right -of -ways or other subdivisions of real
property within said Street Improvement District No. 509 be,
