Whereas, after due notice as required by law, the City Council of the City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has k ' ? ascertained that said petition was signed by a majority of more than fifty per cent in assessed_ value of the owners of real property within said territory; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA.I17ED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Sec. 1. There is hereby established an im_-rovement district embracing the following property All that real ;property lying within 140 feet north of the north property line, and all that real property lying within feet south of the south property line, respectively, of "U" Street from Van Buren Street to Taylor Street; for the par -nose of draining, curbing, and guttering "U" Street from Var_ Buren Street to Taylor Street, in such iil,nner amd with such materials as the coirLnissioners to be a.00inted shall deter -.ine to be for the best interests of the district. Said district shall be known as Curb and Gutter I- mprovement District No. 510 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Frank .Weber;. L. D. Owen, and W. M. Wilbourn are hereby named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of Imprrovement for said District. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall ta1Te effect and be in force from and after its passage.
