h,: • A-N ORPINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ENTER-INTO A CONTRACT WITH LOUIS B. SIEGEL & COMPANY
FOR MME MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY DUMP, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with LOUIS B.
SIEGEL & COMPANY for the maintenance of the City Dump, for a
period of tom .) year#, in. consideration of the payment to the
City of Little Roek,by the said Louis B. Siegel & Company, of the
sum of SIX HUNDRED FIVE AND N01100 DOLLARS ($605.00) per annum,
said amount to be paid in monthly installments, payment to be
made each month ,in advance. Said Louis B. Siegel & Company
shall bear all expense in connection with the upkeep of said
City Dump; no charge shall be made for depositing or dumping
garbage, refuse, trash, etc., thereat, and its maintenance.shall
be in such manner as to meet the requirements of the City Health
and Sanitation Pe art ent s.R

ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
