AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSAW WATER COMPANY TO
INSTALL A STANDARD LUDLOW FIRE HYDRANT ON THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF WEST CAPITOL AVENUE AND VALMAR STREET.
BE IT ORDAIftD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1.
The Arkansaw dater Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install a standard Ludlow fire hydrant
on the northeast corner of West Capitol Avenue and Valmar
street.
SECTION 2.
This hydrant is ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 13, 1923
and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442 passed March 24,
1924, and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356 passed Tuly
9, 1928.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances
,. _. in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only ineofar
as they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
