AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSAN WLTIR COWANY I TO INSTALL
AN EIGHT (8 ") LINE WESTWARD IN LEE AYENbZ FROM ITS PRESERT
EIGHT (8") LINE AT THE INTERSECTION OF POLK STREET TO FIIMORE
STREETL THEREON NORTHWARD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 10 The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install an eight (80) line in Ise Avenue
from its present eight (811�) line dt the intersection of
Polk Street, westward to Films Street, thence northward
in rilmore to H Street, and , install thereon 8%adard
Ludlow Fire Hydrants at the following locations!
1` Northeast corner of Lee Avenue & Ftore St.
Southwest soraer of Filmore & F Streets
southwest corner of Filmore & R Streets
Section 2. This line and hydrants are ordered in accordance
with Section 8 of Ordinance No. 32909 passed August 13, 1923
and as amended by Ordinance No.3442 passed March 24, 19249
and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356 passed July 9, 1928.
section S. That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
