ORDINANCE NO. 4414 .
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
PERMIT TO QUICK CAR SERVICE, INC., AT 808-10 BROADIIAY, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the City Engineer be and he
is-hereby., instructed to issue a permit,for a stucco and hollow
the building, to the Quick Car Service, Inc., at 808-.10
I� Broadway, on Lots 9 and 10, Block 113, Original City of Little
Rock, the building to be in conformity to plans filed with the
City Engineer and to be built under the direction of the City
Engineer.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby amended insofar as
to permit the erection of this building at this location, and
this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
