AN ORDINATCE APPROPRIATING TI-M SUM OF $3510.00 TO PAY FINLEY- TURNER
INC., FOR 3000 FEET OF FIRE HOSE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $3510.00 is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the Seneral revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated,
to.pay Finley- Turner, Inc., of Little Rock, Arkansas, for three
thousand feet of fire hose, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant or warrants therefor
payable to Finley - Turner, Inc.,, said warrant or warrants maturing
at such times as may in their discretion seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
