Section,l. That the said several {lots, blocks,
railroad right -of- :rays or other subdivisions of real -property
in said Street Improvement District No. 423 be and thej are here-
by assessed according to the assessment list of said improvement
district, as the same now remains in the office of-the City Clerk
of the City of Little Rock and as the same may be annually re-
adjusted by the Board of Assessors; and that nine per centum
c,) of said assessment of the value of the benefits of each
of the said lots, blocks, railroad fight -of -gays or other sub-
divisions of real property within said Street Improvement Dis-
trict No. 423 shall be paid on or before the 15th day of
February of each year, beginning February 152 1929, until the
whole of said assessments have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby-repealed end this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
passage.
