AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO.HUNDRED FIFTY -NINE
DOLLARS AND THIRTY CENTS ( #259.30) TO PAY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
TAXES ON CITY PROPERTY LOCATED IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
`BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF j.. LE ROCiCT
Section 1. That the sum 6f Two Hu1W Fifty-
nine Dollars and Thirty Cents ($259.30) is hereby,' - ropriated

out of the General Revenue Fund for the purpose o -paying
special improvement district taxes on Lots, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6,

8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 1, and Lots 7,`S, 9 and 11,
Block 9, all in Schaer's Addition to North 1V k,Arkansas,
as follows;
