AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 3548 AND AN AMENDATORY ORDINANCE
THE33TO PASSED JULY 7,1924, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT OF BENZ WITS
ON THE LOTS,BLOCKS AND PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN THE ANNEX TO
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.326 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RCOK,ARKANSAS

It is now ordained by the City Council of the City, of Little
Rock, Arkans as :
Section 1, Amend Section One(1) of Ordinace No. 3548, approved
June 16,1924, to read as follows:
That Said several blocks, lots and parcels of real property,
in said annex to said district be assessed according to the assess
ment list for said improvement district, as the same now remains in
the office of the Recorder or City Clerk, and that, ten per centum
on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid for the
Sirst annual payment, on or before the 16th day of Xuly,1924; &R& .:
that eight per centum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels
shall be paid for the years 1925, 1926, 1927, and 1928 on the 16th
day of July therein; and that ten per cent-am on each of said blocks,
lots and parcels shall be paid annually thereafter on or before
the 16th day of July in each year until the total of one hundred
per centum(100%) of said assessment shall'have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
