AN ORDINANCE AiENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3079 LEVYING
ASSESSMENT OF BENEFITS ON THE LOTS, BLOCKS
AND PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 314 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RnCK,
ARKANSAS
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3079,
passed November 27, 1922, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 1. That said several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property in said District be assessed
according to the assessment list for said Improvement
District as the same now remains in the office of the
city clerk of the City of Little Rock and as the same
may be annually readjusted by the board of assensors,
and that ten per oentum of said assessment of value of
benefits on each of said blocks, lots` -tn.d parcels of
land shall be paid annually on or before the 15th of s

February of each year for the years 1923 to 1928,
inclusive, and that eight per oentum on each of said
lots, blocks and parcels of land shall be paid
annually thereafter on or before the 15th day of
February in each year until the total of 100 per oentum
of said assessment shall have been paid."
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
lin conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage.
