AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $11750 TO JOHN NOLEN FOR
PRELIMINARY WORK ON ESTABLISHING A CITY PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPggfS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That the sum of $1,750 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the general revenue
funds of the City of Little Rock to John Nolen for pre-
liminary work on establishing a city plan for the City
of Little Rock. This sum is in payment for services
for the months of November and December, 1928, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the
City's warrant or warrants therefor, payable to John
Nolen on such dates and in such sums as they deem for
the best interests of the City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
