ORDINANCE NO. 4577
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN
DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS FOR PAYMENT OF CERTAIN CLAIMS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI112D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Eleven
Dollars and Eighty Cents is hereby appropriated out of the
General Revenue Fund for the purpose of paying in full the
claims of Joe Ambort, Mr:. and Mrs. W. T. Cunningham, and
Dr. Stacy C. Howell, against the City of Little Rock, for
damages sustained, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrants therefor to the follow-
ing parties and in the amounts named:
Joe Ambort $ • 9.55
Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Cunningham 150.00
Dr. Stacy C. Howell 152.25
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
