AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17 OF ORDINANCE NO.
3913, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROOg,
ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That Section 17 of Ordinance No.
3913 be amended in its entirety to read as follows;
"Section 17. BOULEVARDS. The following streets
shall be boulevards: BROADWAY from Markham to Twenty- fourth;
FOURTEENTH STREET from College to Park Avenue; BATTERY from
Seventh Street to Wright Avenue; THIRD STREET from the Rock
Island Depot west across the viaduct, turning north at Summit
Avenue and continuing northwest onto MARKHAM STREET at Barton
Street, and thence west to Ridgeway, and PROSPECT AVENUE from
Ash to Monroe Street; EAST 9TH STREET from Main to College,
inclusive."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, and all ordinances
and parts of ordinances, only insofar as they conflict herewith,
are repealed.
