ORDINANCE N0. 4567.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION
OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO AN
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO.S.SS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in that portion
of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the
making of a local improvement in said city,.by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas=
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within the
following boundaries, to -wit;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 3,
L. W. Coy's Highland Addition.
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, in Block 2,
Central Heights Addition.
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 3;
All in Forest Hill Addition.
Lots 6 to 11, inclusive, in Block 5;
Lots 6 to 11, inclusive, in Block 6;
All in Heiseman's Addition.
Lots 6 to 11, inclusive, in Block 5;
All in Reyburn & Wright Addition,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement
district, for the purpose of draining, curbing, and guttering West €th
Street from Valentine Street to Cedar Street, in such manner and with
such materials as the commissioners to be appointed shall determine to
be for the best interests of the district; and that said district be
designated as Curb`and Gutter Improvement District No. 505 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
