AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE RATE OF COLLEC-
TION IN STREET IMPROVE MNT DISTRICT N0, 492
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, !z. KANSAS.
MAS, . "bY' Ordi iatde No. 4321 passed on April
23, 1928, the annual rate of collection in Street I*prove-
ment District No. 492 was fixed at ten per cent (10 %),
which will produce more money than is needed for the bonds
and interest maturities;
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks
or other subdivisions of land within said Street Improvement
District No. 492 be and they are hereby assessed according
to the assessment list`for said improvement district as the
same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City

of Little Rock, anj the same may be annually readjusted by
the Board of Assessors, and that eight per centum (8 %) of
said assessments of the value of the benefits on each of
said lots, blocks or other subdivisions of land in said
district shall be paid annually on or before the 1st day
of October of each year, beginning October 1, 19281 until
the whole of said assessments has been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
