N ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CAF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO LET A
CONTRACT FOR SCAVENGER SERVICE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF M
< CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTI;' ROCK:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock, Arimnsas, is hereby authorized and directed to let
and enter into a contract with some person, firm or corporation
for scavenger service within the corporate limits of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, which submits the best proposal or
bid.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
become effectete from and after the date of its passage.
