AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1928 ON
ASSESSMENT OF BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED ON THE SEVERAL`
BLOCKS, LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 497 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS,
by Ordinance No. 3 passed by this.
Counoil,and approved by its Honorable Ma.yor,on
the day
of April, 19,28, the blocks, lots and parcels of land located in
Street Improvement District #497 of the City of Little Rook, were
assessed an annual assessment of 14 $ of the assessment of value
of benefits of each of said blooks, lots and parcels of land
located in said District., and
WHEREAS, it is found that said annual levy for the year
1928 (not disturbing the 100 levy for subsequent years) can be
reduced from 10$ to 7F and the district still have ample funds
to its obllEat3t srt.,llheg:as�turs

It is therefore ordained, UT, the City Counoil of the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas2 .
That said ordinance No. �- 3 be,
section 1.
and
%he same is hereby amended so as to levy an annual assessment for
the year 1928 of 7.5 $ of said assessment of value of benefits of
each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land instead of lo$ as
therein oont4ined. the assessment of 10$ for subsequent years
is in nowise changed and in all other respects said ordinance We.
.A3 �-� shall continue to be in full force and effect as
originally passed and approved.
Section 2. That all other ordinances or part* of ordiiks"6s
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
