Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas:
Section 1. That the width between curbs of the following
streets be and the same is hereby established as follows:
Commerce street —Ninth to Fifteenth streets ............. 30 feet.
Eleventh, Twelfth, and Thirteenth streets —Pock to
Commerce................. .............................36 .feet.
Section 2. That the grades of all streets to be improved
in Street Improvement District No. 492 be, and the same lure
hereby established as shown on the plans filed in the office
of the City Engineer.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force end effect from and after its na.ssa.F-;e.
